Service Description

The Common Conditions Service enables our highly trained pharmacists to assess, manage and treat eight common health conditions in line with HSE-approved clinical protocols. For the first time in Ireland, pharmacists can prescribe appropriate treatment, including certain prescription medicines, when clinically indicated
