You can get a free flu vaccine if you are: -Age 60 and older -Immunocompromised -Healthcare worker -Pregnant living in a nursing home or other long-term care facility -In regular contact with pigs, poultry or waterfowl -Someone with a health condition that puts you at higher risk of flu • Chronic heart, liver, kidney, or respiratory disease (such as COPD or asthma) • Diabetes • Cancer or immunosuppression (weakened immune system due to disease or treatment like chemotherapy, HIV, or a non-functioning spleen) • Chronic neurological conditions (like multiple sclerosis or stroke) • Down syndrome • Morbid obesity (Body Mass Index / BMI over 40) • Children on long-term aspirin therapy -Living with someone who has a health condition that puts them at higher risk of flu -A carer for someone who has a health condition that puts them at higher risk of flu
